Delivery times

We deliver all over Russia. Delivery times depend on the region and delivery method:

• • Delivery in Moscow – up to 5 working days.
• • Delivery within Russia – up to 14 working days (depending on weight and distance from Moscow).
• • Pick-up – 5 working days after placing the order.

On pre-holiday and holiday days, the cost and delivery time may increase.

Delivery terms

• • Goods are delivered in the manufacturer’s standard packaging, ensuring complete safety of the cargo during transportation.
• • The container is non-returnable.
• • The seller is not responsible for the safety of the goods during their transportation by the carrier (transport company).
• • There are no restrictions on weight and dimensions.

Delivery methods

We offer several delivery options:

1. Courier delivery in Moscow and the region
   • • Within the Moscow Ring Road — from 350 rubles.
   • • Outside the Moscow Ring Road – calculated individually after specifying the address.
2. Delivery by transport companies
   • • SDEK – courier delivery or delivery to pick-up points throughout Russia.
   • • Russian Post - according to Russian Post rates.

   Important: We do not use the services of transport companies Boxberry, Yandex Market and others.

3. Pickup
   • • Address: Moscow, Michurinsky Prospekt, Olympic Village, building 1, building 1, entrance 3.
   • • Showroom opening hours: weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 (no lunch break).
   • • Pick-up cost: free.

Shipping cost

• • Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road) — from 350 rubles.
• • Moscow (outside the Moscow Ring Road) – the cost is calculated individually after specifying the address.
• • Delivery within Russia – according to the rates of transport companies SDEK and Russian Post.
• • Pick-up is free.

The delivery cost does not depend on the order amount and may vary depending on the parcel volume or delivery distance.

Payment methods

1. Payment by link
   • • After placing your order and calculating the delivery cost, the manager will send you a payment link.
   • • Payment is possible with Visa, MasterCard, Mir bank cards, as well as through the Fast Payment System (FPS).
2. Payment in cash
   • • Only possible with pick-up from the showroom (Moscow, Michurinsky Prospekt, Olympic Village, Building 1, Building 1, Entrance 3).
3. Payment for legal entities
   • • Possible by invoice. To arrange, contact the manager.

It takes 1-2 business days to process and confirm your order. After you place your order, the manager will contact you, clarify possible delivery options and their cost, and then send you a payment link.

The order is transferred for delivery only after full prepayment.
